For some still the capital of Japan. Travel to Kyoto means a travel to the past time of Japan, where no high-technology and industrialization took his part of the daily life. The possibilities of sightseeing spots are uncountable and offer a big a variety of historical monuments. What I liked the most were the millions of spots to take pictures of course, it made me also to go there twice till now. To decide what to see and what not to see is hard. Even the places which are not highlighted in the different guides are worth to visit and sometimes even better than the mostly crowded top-sights.
